Small problem. Proper solution.
Some questions are too specific for a general app and too fiddly to answer in your head. How many pizzas? Will that box clear the hatch? How old is someone in completed months? Sort of Useful gives those questions a thoughtful, focused place to land.
Every tool is designed to work quickly on a phone, explain its assumptions, and avoid asking for an account. Most calculations happen entirely in your browser.
What this is not
This is not a template factory, a generic AI-content farm, or a pile of pages invented for search engines. A tool belongs here only when it solves a real problem and can stand on its own.
We do not fabricate data to make a feature look complete. That is why the car-fit calculator launches with honest manual measurements instead of a suspiciously enormous vehicle database.
How the site may support itself
Sort of Useful is intended to stay inexpensive and accessible. In time, selected pages may include clearly labeled advertising, relevant affiliate links, or optional paid exports. Those additions should never bury the tool or distort the answer.
For now, the best way to support the project is simple: use a tool, bookmark it, and share it when someone else hits the same oddly specific problem.
